Thank you for your interest in my artwork.

Shipping

All original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each artwork is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in secure, reinforced packaging.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Europe: €100

Rest of World: €250

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

Tracking & Insurance

All artworks are shipped with tracking. Additional insurance may be arranged for higher-value artworks.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

As each artwork is an original piece, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• The artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

• The wrong artwork was received.

• The artwork significantly differs from its description.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, or because the artwork does not suit a particular space or interior.

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.
